Fact
What happened?
Review ticker-linked coverage and recent public filings for the company you selected.
Privacy-first market research
Ticker Watch helps traders and investors reduce the time between market noise and useful research. Follow the companies you care about, surface recent catalysts and SEC filings, understand why an event may matter, and listen to a concise briefing — without uploading your portfolio or holdings.
Technical design
The architecture minimizes what the market research service needs to know. When you refresh a company, the requested ticker can be sent to the public-market gateway. Your full financial vault, position sizes and holdings are not required for Ticker Watch research.
Preferred tickers remain part of the local, privacy-first experience.
Retrieves public market information needed for the selected ticker.
News direction, event significance, filings and source links are organized for review.
The briefing is assembled from the research already displayed on the page.
Ticker Watch does not need to know that you own a particular number of shares or the dollar value of a position in order to show research for a company.
From noise to evidence
A useful research tool should help you understand why something is being shown — not hide the reasoning behind an unexplained score.
Fact
Review ticker-linked coverage and recent public filings for the company you selected.
Interpretation
Direction describes the tone of the news for the company. Impact describes the significance of the event.
Evidence
Open the source article or filing and inspect material information before making a financial decision.
For investors
Use Ticker Watch to notice material changes around companies you follow without turning every headline into a trading signal.
For active traders
Use the same evidence through a faster lens: identify the stories that may matter, review significance, then decide what deserves your attention.
Research compression
Ticker Watch is designed to compress the first stage of research. It helps identify what may deserve deeper reading; it does not replace the original source.
Privacy by design
Your preferred tickers are handled through the browser experience rather than requiring a readable portfolio to sit behind the research service.
When optional watchlist sync is enabled, the relay stores AES-GCM ciphertext. The sync service is not intended to receive readable ticker symbols from that encrypted payload.
Trusted-device pairing uses a short-lived capability so a sync key can be transferred to another device without turning the relay into the keeper of your readable watchlist.
The product is designed around user-paid research value rather than monetizing a detailed portfolio profile for advertising.
For the broader finance vault threat model, cryptographic controls and limitations, read the published security model or the dedicated Ticker Watch architecture.
What we intentionally do not promise
No guaranteed winning trades. Markets can react differently from the apparent tone of a development.
No automatic BUY / SELL instruction. The current product organizes evidence and context rather than issuing personalized trade recommendations.
No requirement to upload brokerage holdings. Company research can remain useful without collecting position sizes and portfolio value.
No replacement for primary-source review. Material information should be verified at the original source before a financial decision.
Start with one ticker
